Terms of service
Firemuzik Women's Fashion Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Firemuzik’s website, Rhythm & Rebel Elegance fashion pieces, East London Atelier, and Soundwave Circle membership. By creating an account, placing an order, or engaging with our brand—whether for neon "Vinyl Print" dresses, techno-inspired "Amplifier" knitwear, leather "Beat Jacket" accessories, or custom soundwave-embroidered coats—you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any provision, please refrain from using our services.
1. Soundwave Heritage Collection Limited-Edition Terms
Firemuzik’s "Soundwave Heritage Collection" (featuring exclusive pieces crafted with music-driven textile techniques—think hand-embroidered lyric patches, vinyl-record print denim, and soundwave-knit sweaters mapped to iconic UK indie/techno tracks) are subject to specific terms: Each style is limited to 5 units per customer to preserve the musical integrity and scarcity of our heritage-driven drops. Orders for these collections are final once payment is confirmed—no cancellations or modifications allowed, as specialized fabric sourcing (e.g., vintage vinyl-print cotton, small-batch neon dyes, limited-run soundwave-knit yarns) and handcraft production are pre-allocated for small-batch releases. We reserve the right to cancel Soundwave Heritage Collection orders due to music-craftsmanship defects (e.g., uneven neon dye distribution, loose lyric embroidery, soundwave knit texture inconsistencies) or suspected reselling activity, notifying you within 24 hours with a full refund and a £95 store credit for future music-fashion purchases.
Custom Soundwave Fashion Creation Responsibilities
Our Custom Soundwave Fashion creations (e.g., personalized hand-embroidered linen blouses with song lyrics, tailored leather coats with soundwave patterns, made-to-measure "Beat Weave" cardigans) require your accurate provision of measurements, fabric preferences (e.g., "recycled vinyl-print cotton," "neon sequined mesh," "chrome-free leather"), and music-inspired design tweaks (e.g., "lyric color on cuffs," "hem length for stage mobility," "soundwave pattern on pockets"). We deliver 2 hand-drawn design sketches within 17 business days of deposit payment—you may request up to 2 revisions free of charge; additional revisions incur a £80 per-sketch fee. Custom items are crafted by specialists trained in performance-wear durability, neon dye application, and British tailoring, so returns/exchanges are only permitted if the item has manufacturing defects (verified by our craft quality control team). We are not liable for fit issues resulting from inaccurate body measurements provided by you, but we offer a one-time "Rhythm Refinement" service for £120 to adjust sizing or enhance music-inspired details, completed by experts who balance soundwave craftsmanship with modern wearability.
Order Acceptance & Modification Rights
Orders are subject to music-themed fabric availability (for custom and limited-edition pieces), stock verification, and payment approval. We may cancel orders due to fabric discontinuations (for Soundwave Heritage Collection), stock shortages, or fraudulent activity, notifying you within 24 hours with a full refund. You may modify or cancel regular ready-to-wear orders within 7 business days of placement via your account; after this window, a 22% restocking fee applies (waived for Soundwave Circle members). For Custom Soundwave Fashion orders, modifications to design specifications are allowed up to 8 days after design approval—after which changes are subject to a £85 admin fee plus fabric/music-detail cost adjustments. We reserve the right to limit order quantities for high-demand music-craft pieces (max 4 units per style) during peak seasons (e.g., autumn Punk Wool launches, festival prep periods, holiday music gifting).
Intellectual Property & Music-Craft Integrity
Firemuzik retains all intellectual property rights to its hand-drawn soundwave motifs, neon dye formulas, music-inspired print patterns, and brand assets—including Custom Soundwave Fashion sketches created for you. You may not: (a) Reproduce, copy, or distribute our Soundwave Heritage graphics, custom design renders, or music-themed textile patterns (e.g., hand-embroidered lyric patches, vinyl-record prints, soundwave knit textures); (b) Use our trademarked name "Firemuzik" or hand-drawn amplifier logo in commercial or promotional contexts without written permission; (c) Reverse-engineer or replicate our signature music-craft techniques (e.g., neon dye calibration for stage light visibility, soundwave-to-knit pattern conversion, lyric embroidery placement) for commercial use. Custom design sketches provided to you are for personal reference only and remain our intellectual property.
Soundwave Circle Membership Terms
Firemuzik Soundwave Circle membership is available to UK residents aged 18+ and grants access to exclusive music-fashion perks (e.g., early Soundwave Heritage access, private music-craft atelier workshops). Members agree to: (a) Maintain accurate account information to receive collection updates and membership benefits (e.g., personalized festival styling recommendations); (b) Not share membership privileges (e.g., custom soundwave deposit discounts, limited-edition priority access) with non-members; (c) Adhere to Custom Soundwave Fashion order limits (max 2 pieces per quarter) to ensure music-craftsmanship quality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violation of these rules, with a 14-day notice period (except for fraudulent activity, which results in immediate termination). Membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable for partial periods.
Liability & Dispute Resolution
Firemuzik is liable for defective products as outlined in UK consumer law but not for: (a) Delays due to music-themed fabric sourcing challenges (e.g., seasonal neon dye availability, vintage vinyl-print cotton restocks) or East London Atelier scheduling; (b) Damages from improper music-craft care (e.g., exposing sequins to harsh detergents, using high heat on vinyl-print denim—detailed music-craft care guides are provided with all items); (c) Indirect losses (e.g., missed festival deadlines due to delivery delays for Soundwave Heritage orders). These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. For disputes under £6,000, we require mediation through the UK Music & Fashion Mediation Service before legal action, with each party bearing their own initial mediation costs to honor the music-craft-centric spirit of our brand.
